Welcome to Sweetbriar Homeowner's Association

Sweetbriar was established in 1993 and is located off Post Road in Forsyth County, Georgia. The community consists of 134 homes nestled in spacious wooded lots. The community features a Junior Olympic size pool, tennis court and playground. Nearby schools: Sawnee Elementary, Liberty Middle, Hendricks Middle and West Forsyth High.
